At The Foldie United Kingdom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new travel bag or accessory isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any local Post Office branch; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
